Fleasion and Fast Flags, Explained

Updated Aug 15, 2026

Fleasion now has a full custom FastFlags workflow: edit flags, import or export JSON, keep profiles, browse values, bind controls, and apply them when Roblox starts. That arrived in v2.3.0 and became more reliable in v2.4.0. Fleasion is still an asset proxy rather than a general bootstrapper, but the old claim that large flag configs only belong in Bloxstrap or Voidstrap is no longer true.

One number puts it in perspective: across the 32 community Fleasion guides we've catalogued, fast flags or a strap come up in only 7, and a specific strap by name in just 1. Fast flags ride along with Fleasion far less than the "fleasion fflags" searches suggest — they're a separate tool that gets blurred into it, which is exactly the confusion this page is here to fix.

The short version

So "Fleasion FFlags" can now mean Fleasion's own manager, while a bootstrapper remains a separate program that may apply another flag set. Neither tool requires the other.

What fast flags are actually for

Fast flags tweak how the client renders and behaves — the popular ones are performance and visibility settings: FPS uncap, lower render distance, disabling certain visual effects, and "potato graphics" looks. If you've seen a "no textures for FPS" fast flag, that's a client-render flag stripping detail to boost frames — it changes how Roblox draws the world, not which assets it downloads.

Asset replacement still uses a different mechanism: Fleasion answers network requests with different files. The Modifications/FastFlags side changes client settings. Keep those two capabilities separate when you troubleshoot or assess risk.

No-textures: two roads, and they're not the same

This trips everyone up, so here's the honest breakdown. You can get a "no textures" look either way:

If your goal is frames, that's a fast-flag job (start with our max FPS guide). If your goal is a specific look — clean walls, no arms, a particular skin — that's Fleasion. Plenty of people run both.

Using Fleasion and a strap together

The asset proxy and a bootstrapper do not inherently conflict, but overlapping FastFlags can. Pick one authoritative source for each flag. If Fleasion manages a setting, disable the same key in the bootstrapper; if the strap owns the flag set, do not import a duplicate into Fleasion.

In v2.4.0, startup application is more reliable on Windows and macOS, including Froststrap and AppleBlox launch paths. Windows and Linux bindings can use keyboard keys, mouse buttons or the wheel; Linux gains global hotkeys, and the controller remains active after the Dashboard closes.

Custom FastFlags can be bannable

Roblox can act on custom FastFlags. Fleasion shows an explicit timed risk confirmation because importing or applying successfully is not proof that a flag is allowed. Read every key, reject unknown packs, and follow Roblox and game rules. No guide or toggle can make a third-party flag configuration unbannable.

About the ban talk — the honest version

Here's where the distinction really matters. When you see "I got banned using Fleasion," it's worth asking what were they actually running. In the cases we've seen shared around, the risk tends to cluster on third-party launchers and unofficial builds — for example, people pointing at a strap like Voidstrap, or a fake "Fleasion" they grabbed from a mirror — rather than stock cosmetic swaps. Fast flags are a client modification too, and that's a separate decision you're making from using Fleasion.

Roblox has stated that client modifications are not permitted, individual games can enforce their own rules, and nothing here is a guarantee. The more third-party tools you stack, the more variables you add. Read our safety page for the full risk picture.

Frequently asked questions

Does Fleasion have fast flags? Yes. Fleasion can manage built-in performance options and custom FastFlag JSON with profiles, import/export and bindings. Use one authoritative source for a setting and accept the displayed ban-risk warning.

Do I need fast flags to use Fleasion? No. Fleasion works entirely on its own. Fast flags are an optional, separate thing some players add for FPS.

Is Fleasion the same as Bloxstrap or Voidstrap? No. They are bootstrappers; Fleasion is primarily an asset proxy with its own FastFlag manager. They can work together, but overlapping flags can conflict.

Should I get no-textures from Fleasion or a fast flag? For a specific look, use Fleasion. For raw FPS, a fast flag is the better tool. Many people use both — see our max FPS and no arms / no textures guides.
